[Scorecard] status update--no news

Hello team,

Today was supposed to be our last team meeting, so it seems like a  
good day to check in. As you know, the state is still in a financial  
quagmire, and our project is still frozen. We have sincere, but not  
official, assurances from the grant administrator that the project's  
deadlines will be shifted to accomodate the freeze. But the truth is  
that the state's situation is unprecedented, so no one really knows  
what will happen.

If you would like to track the state-wide effort by organizations  
affected by the freeze, or get involved a bit yourself, I'd urge you  
to visit http:\\stopworkimpact.ning.com.

Our grant administrator wants me to send him our draft products, even  
though they are not really even finished drafts yet. I would like  
particularly to include the drafts of the two scorecards from  
Frances, and the drafts of any sections written by Peter. So please  
send me these, whatever condition they are in, by email today or  
tomorrow.

Please feel free to contact me anytime. I will be very happy when we  
can all resume work on our challenging, innovative, and timely project.
