[Scorecard] meeting notes

Scores should be based on average of most recent 4 years of data 

I am on board with the most recent 4 years being the scoring period but I
don't think we came up with a justification for why we used 4 years.

 

Any thoughts?

Second drafts of your writing assignments are due on Oct 15.  Please
incorporate comments from the meetings into the second drafts.  When should
we circulate drafts for outside review?
