[Scorecard] Flashiness write-up for Sonoma

It took Mik longer than anticipated, but here is the write-up of the 
modeling exercise.  The group can decide to what extent the "flashiness" 
indicator could be incorporated into a similar one or used as a 
candidate indicator that should be further developed in the future.
