[Scorecard] good meeting, good progress

Thanks to all of you who talked today on the phone in one of our most  
efficient meetings yet. Good decisions were made. I'd also like to say  
that Frances' draft scorecard is BEAUTIFUL! It's really cool to see it  
coming together.

Notes will be sent out soon in the form of a revised Indicator list.
